🎯 Eligibility Criteria (Summary)
1. Age Limit (As of 23.10.2025):
- Principal: Max 50 years
- PGTs: Max 40 years
- TGTs & Other Teaching Posts: Max 35 years
- Accountant, JSA: Max 30 years
- Lab Attendant: Max 30 years
- Age Relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Women candidates as per Govt. of India rules.
2. Educational Qualification:
- Principal: Master’s Degree + B.Ed. + Relevant administrative experience.
- PGT: Post Graduation in the relevant subject with 50% marks + B.Ed.
- TGT: Graduation in the relevant subject with 50% marks + B.Ed. + CTET Qualified.
- JSA: 12th Pass + Typing Speed (35 WPM English / 30 WPM Hindi).
- Lab Attendant: 10th Pass with a Diploma in Lab Tech OR 12th Pass in Science.

🔍 Selection Process
The selection will be a multi-tiered process:
- Tier-I: A qualifying OMR-based objective exam.
- Tier-II: A combination of descriptive and objective questions. The score from this tier is crucial for the final merit list.
- Tier-III:
- For Principal: Personal Interview.
- For JSA: Skill Test (Typing Test on Computer) – Qualifying in nature.
- For all other posts, the final selection is based on Tier-II marks.
💰 Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will be placed in the respective Pay Level as per the 7th Central Pay Commission. Additionally, all EMRS staff are eligible for a Special Allowance @ 10% of basic pay for performing residential duties. Rent-free accommodation on campus is also provided.
