🎯 Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification (As of 10.10.2025):

  • For GET Posts: A first-class Bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 65% marks from an AICTE/UGC recognized university/institute.
  • For AOT Posts: A first-class Post Graduate degree and must be NET/GATE qualified.

2. Age Limit (As of 10.10.2025):

  • Maximum Age: 30 years
  • Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen candidates.

💰 Salary and Benefits

  • During Training: You will receive a handsome stipend.
    • GETs: ₹50,000/- per month
    • AOTs: ₹40,000/- per month
  • After Training: Upon successful completion of the one-year training, you will be absorbed in the respective grade with a fantastic CTC.
    • GET (Grade E-2): Approx. ₹18.79 LPA
    • AOT (Grade E-1): Approx. ₹15.34 LPA
  • The CTC includes Basic Pay, DA, Perks, Allowances, and Performance-Related Pay (PRP).

🔍 Selection Process

The selection will be a two-step process:

  1. Computer Based Test (CBT): An online objective-type test with no negative marking.
    • For GETs: 80% weightage on Technical (Subject Knowledge) + 20% on GK, English, Reasoning.
    • For AOTs: 60% weightage on GK & Energy Scenario + 40% on Reasoning and English.
  2. Personal Interview (PI): Candidates shortlisted from the CBT will be called for an interview.

Final Merit will be based on 85% weightage from CBT and 15% from PI.
