✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Indian Citizen, or Subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or Tibetan Refugee (with eligibility certificate).
- Age Limit (as on 01/01/2026):20 to 33 years for UR/EWS candidates.
- Age Relaxation:
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD: 10 years (UR), 13 years (OBC), 15 years (SC/ST)
- Ex-Servicemen: As per rules

- Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree from a recognized University or its equivalent.
- Medical Standard:A-2
- Visual Acuity: Distant Vision: 6/9, 6/9 without glasses. Near Vision: Sn 0.6, 0.6 without glasses. Must pass tests for Colour Vision, Binocular Vision, etc.
- Crucial Note: Candidates who have undergone LASIK or any other corrective eye surgery are NOT ELIGIBLE.

📅 Selection Process
The selection process for RRB Section Controller will consist of three stages:
- Single Stage Computer Based Test (CBT):
- Duration: 120 Minutes
- Questions: 100 MCQs
- Syllabus: Analytical & Mathematical Capability (60 Qs), Logical Capability (20 Qs), Mental Reasoning (20 Qs).
- Marking: +1 for correct, -1/3 for wrong answer.
- Qualifying Marks: UR/EWS-40%, OBC-30%, SC-30%, ST-25%.
- Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT):
- Candidates 8 times the vacancies will be shortlisted for CBAT based on CBT merit.
- Must secure a minimum T-Score of 42 in each test battery to qualify.
- No negative marking.
- Document Verification (DV) & Medical Examination:
- Final merit will be prepared with 70% weightage to CBT and 30% weightage to CBAT.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for DV and must pass the strict A-2 Medical Standard.
